The India Women’s Cricket Team touring Sri Lanka to play 3 Women’s One Day International (WODI) and 3 Women’s Twenty20 International (WT20I) match against the Sri Lanka Women’s Cricket Team in June and July 2022.
The tour by both teams are using the matches as a preparation for Women’s Cricket Tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in England.

WT20I Series:
The three WT20I series for this tour held last June 23, 2022 to June 27, 2022 , where India won the first and second match and India Women’s Team Captain Harmanpreet Kaur got the title as the Player of the Series while Sri Lanka won the 3rd and last WT20I match where Sri Lanka team captain got the Player of the match title.
The first match was held last June 23, 2022 at Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium , where India Women won by 34 runs by the led of the Player of the Match Jemimah Rodrigues
The second match was held at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium last June 25, 2022, where India got their second Wt20I won by 5 wickets with the led of the India Women’s team captain Harmanpreet Kaur and made as the Player of the Match
The 3rd and last Wt20I match was held at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium last June 27, 2022 where Sri Lanka won their first match of the series by 7 wicket against India led by the player of the match and team captain of Sri Lanka Chamari Athapaththu.
WODI Series:
The 3 Women’s One Day International Match will be part of 2022-2025 ICC Women’s Championship
The three WODI series between the India Women’s Cricket Team and Sri Lanka Women’s Cricket Team will be held at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium on July 1 to July 7, 2022.
